For this very first comedy edition of Santa Teresa, Arnaud Soly presents Soly Teresa! This unique show brings together music and comedy on the festival’s Loto-Québec Big Stage, with a combination of hilarious guests including Pierre-Yves-Roy Desmarais, Maude Landry, Daphné Létourneau, Julien Corriveau and Mons de Grenoble. Other surprises await at the show!
Julien Corriveau was born in Louiseville in 1984. After spending 2 years in Guinea (West Africa) with his family, Julien completed his secondary education in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, during which he formed the group Les Appendices with his friends. Holding a master's degree in philosophy from UdeM and a certificate in film screenwriting from UQAM, Julien is a screenwriter, script editor, actor, host, composer, and musician. Initially known for his work with the group Les Appendices, Julien has collaborated as a writer or script editor on several television, web, and stage projects such as: Cette-année-là, L'avant-première des Gémeaux, Entre deux draps, Les Imposteurs, Cathy Gauthier with her show Classique, Fabien Cloutier with his show Délicat, as well as being a writer-actor on the Galas ComédiHa!, Sylvain le magnifique, Dans ton cell, ALT, Synvain Rénove, and Club Soly, for which he also composed the original music. He has also appeared on screen in Top Dogs, Marche à l'ombre, and several other productions. In 2019, he created and hosted the podcast Comment être drôle on OHdio. In 2020, he released his first instrumental solo album, The Final Score, and published his first book: Monsieur Mousteille, Motobiographie by Éditions de l'Homme. As part of the creative core of 'Club Soly' on Noovo, Julien shines as a writer, actor, and script editor. The sketch show has been a real success, accumulating several awards, including one Olivier, one Félix, and two Gémeaux.
