Propelled by rapper Adamo Marinacci and his accomplice J7, the South Shore duo made their mark on the Quebec hip-hop scene in the 2000s. First noticed in the battle rap scene, their complicity and charisma quickly won over the public. Under the name Gros Big, they went on to produce a string of groundbreaking projects, racking up over 11 million listens online and 7 million views on YouTube. Their impact is also reflected on social networks, where they gather over 162,000 subscribers.

The summer of 2022 marks a turning point with the success of the hit Camping, number one on CKOI all summer long. Their high-profile appearance on the CKOI Rap Battle, where they competed against the likes of Loud and Sarahmée, confirmed their reputation. Since 2018, Gros Big has been treading the stages of Quebec, notably filling Club Soda for the launch of Gros Big 2.

As energetic as ever, they continue to thrill crowds, most notably at the Metro Metro 2023 festival alongside Jack Harlow. Their new album Qu'est-ce qu'on dit?! was released on November 15, 2024, with 12tracks.
